Premise: We are quite flexible about policies, but in general the following rules should be followed
Assumed:
• Waiting time at the airport is 1 hour from the time of landing.
• The waiting time in case of pickup from private addresses, hotels or cruise ports is 30 minutes.
• That the balance of the budgeted amount must be paid upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
If the customer is late from the airport exit within 1 hour or from the private address, hotel, cruise port within 30 minutes, he/she must immediately notify to Venicegroupservices srl by phone call or Whatsapp message or SMS to +39 347 881 0184 in advance also by e-mail to: info@venice-service.com or notify the waiting driver by exiting the baggage claim room, locate him by the reception sign and notify him of the delay and verify the possibility of further waiting time.
In the absence of such communication, the customer will be deemed to have missed the flight and decided not to use the service and make their own arrangements, so it will be considered a no show and the budgeted fare will still be charged.
Regular service cancellation rules
Off-season (November 01 > March 31) for services within 50 km (approximately 31mi) of the pick-up location:
Cancellation within 72 hours: No charge (any deposit paid will be refunded, except credit card fees of 3% if paid by card)
• Within 48 hours: 30% charge
• Within 24 hours: 50% charge
• Less than 24 hours: no refund
High season (Apr. 01 > Oct. 31) for services over 50 km (approximately 31mi) of the pick-up location:
• Within 72 hours: No charge (any deposit paid will be refunded, except credit card fees of 3% if paid by card)
• Within 48 hours: 50% charge
• Less than 48 hours: no refund

• Within 4 days: 50% charge
• Less than 4 days: no refund
