\"DOMENICO-VENICEGROUPSERVICES\"Hi, I’m Domenico, (yes, I put my ugly face everywhere so no one forgets me…:) founder of Venicegroupservices almost 15 years ago…<\/p>\n

I worked as a dental technician for 30 years but then it had become more of an obligation than a pleasure to work.<\/p>\n

So that, at 51 I decided to start over from scratch and thought about this job because I like driving and traveling and this job gives me the opportunity.<\/p>\n

I have a wife (more than enough :), two children, one of whom works with me, three cats and a dog…. that’s all… maybe… not sure… <\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It is no secret that family is important to me. <\/span><\/h2>\n

They are the ones who have known us forever and they are the ones who will stand by us through thick and thin.<\/p>\n

That is why it is so important to make sure we spend quality time with them.<\/p>\n

Quality time does not mean quantity of time. <\/span><\/h2>\n

It means making sure that the time spent together is meaningful and enjoyable.<\/p>\n

For example, I reserve some regular time each week to spend with the family.<\/p>\n

This can be one evening during the week or a weekend, depending on my schedule.<\/p>\n

This time is sacrosanct: no work, no distractions, just quality time together.<\/p>\n

I use this time to do something fun together with the family. <\/span><\/h2>\n

This can be games, walks, watching movies, cooking-anything that everyone enjoys and can participate in.<\/p>\n

We take turns organizing activities to spend time together-I let each family member choose something they would like to do from time to time.<\/p>\n

This helps to ensure that everyone has a chance to do something they enjoy and to keep the family alive<\/p>\n

Quality time with the family should be a time to relax and enjoy each other’s company.<\/p>\n

There are many reasons why quality time with family is important.<\/p>\n

One is that it helps create strong bonds between members.<\/p>\n

When families spend time together doing things they enjoy, they can help create positive memories and experiences to share.<\/p>\n

This will likely depend on your work schedule and the age of your children. If you have young children, you might aim for once a week.<\/p>\n

If you have older children, you might be better off with every other week.<\/p>\n

Once you decide how often you want to spend quality time, mark it on your calendar and treat it like any other important appointment.<\/p>\n

Choose an activity that everyone enjoys:<\/h2>\n

Not everyone likes the same activities, so it is important to choose something that everyone in the family enjoys. This can be something as simple as a walk together or a board game. Whatever you choose, make sure it is something that everyone can participate in and that there is no competition.<\/p>\n

Eliminate all distractions:<\/h2>\n

One of the best ways to ensure quality time is to eliminate all distractions.<\/p>\n

This means no phones, laptops or TVs, anything that can distract from the moment.<\/p>\n

If necessary, set a specific time for everyone to put away devices so that they are present with each other without distractions.<\/p>\n
